Intipalka’s pisco hails from the Valley of the Sun at the foot of the Andes mountains, an ideal environment for cultivating exceptional pisco grapes. We carefully hand-select and harvest these grapes. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks and distilled drop by drop in copper stills, resulting in a unique pisco with exceptional silkiness and smoothness.
